Part-time, 0-20 hrs/month
Gamble Garden seeks a dependable and customer-focused Site Supervisor to oversee facility rentals on event days, mainly weekend and weeknight availability. This role ensures smooth operations, guest safety, and adherence to rental agreements while delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for renters. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with renters, vendors, and staff to manage event timelines, oversee on-site activities, and protect the property and gardens according to Gamble Garden policies. The Site Supervisor will also respond and initiate inquiries through the rentals email and work with the Event Coordinator.

Facilities Assistant (Part-time)
Part-time, 0-15 hrs/wk, scheduled as-needed, some evenings and weekends required.
The Facilities Assistant supports volunteer-led fundraising events, community rentals, and internal programs by completing event setup and breakdown efficiently and according to detailed specifications. This role is well-suited to someone who is reliable, physically active, and comfortable working short, flexible shifts that may arise on evenings or weekends.
Shifts are often brief (1–2 hours) and scheduled within a defined time window. For example, a setup may need to be completed by 8:00 a.m. on a Tuesday but can be done anytime after Sunday afternoon, or a quick turnover may be required between events on a Saturday.
