The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of Gamble Garden’s historic home, buildings, and grounds while supporting the organization’s rental program. This role ensures that the facilities meet daily operational needs while preserving their historical integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for working in a mission-driven environment.
Part-time, Hybrid, 25-30 hrs/wk (up to 40 hrs/wk during peak seasons)
Gamble Garden seeks a dynamic, organized, and reliable Events Coordinator to oversee its facility rentals and provide support for internal events. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution for clients renting Gamble Garden’s spaces for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and community gatherings. The Events Coordinator also collaborates with the team to enhance the overall rental experience and support Gamble Garden’s internal programming.

Part-time, 20-25 hrs/wk
Gamble Garden seeks a friendly, organized, and resourceful Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and email inquiries. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing excellent customer service, assisting donors, supporting volunteers, and coordinating with staff. The Receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all who interact with our organization.

After the Facilities Manager and Event Coordinator positions are filled, we will be looking to hire the following, part-time, as-needed roles to assist with rentals and events.
Part-time, 0-20 hrs/wk, scheduled as-needed.
A dependable and customer-focused Site Supervisor to oversee facility rentals on event days. This role ensures smooth operations, guest safety, and adherence to rental agreements while delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for renters. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with renters, vendors, and staff to manage event timelines, oversee on-site activities, and protect the property and gardens according to Gamble Garden policies.

A reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support our events on an as-needed basis. The primary responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring they meet specifications and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to respond to last-minute changes calmly and efficiently.
