Our instructor will share tips on how to care for and design arrangements with the many special flowers that flourish at this time of the year. Together we will create an artful arrangement full of movement and color that captures the spirit of Spring. Celebrate the awakening of the garden with this informative and creative class.

Instructor Bio
Katherine Glazier is an instructor and floral arranger at Gamble Garden and she co-led the floral design program at Filoli for eight years. She holds a European Master Certification (EMC) and a Teacher’s Diploma in the Sogetsu school of Ikebana. Katherine exhibits at Bouquets to Art at the deYoung Museum and she conducts public floral demonstrations. Seasonal and locally grown material, with an emphasis on the beauty of California floriculture, is showcased in her designs.
