Celebrate the Start of Spring at Gamble Garden!
Gamble Garden welcomes you to spend a beautiful April morning with us searching for signs of spring. Explore our unique three-acre garden in a guided tour or a fun family nature hunt. Second Saturdays are free and open to all.
Guided Tours for Families
The thirty-minute tour will include a look at the gardens as they reach their early spring perfection. Special focus this month is on the California garden and California bees.
California Poppy Nature Activity
Kids of all ages will have fun getting to know the California poppy at our nature craft table.
Visit Elizabeth’s House
Walk through Elizabeth’s house, built in 1902, and get a look into the early days of Palo Alto. Our docents will be on hand to answer questions and share stories of old.
Free Treats

Registration
Second Saturday is free and appropriate for all ages. Register for timed entry at 10, 10:30, and 11 AM. Register in advance or at the door. We look forward to seeing you on Second Saturday!
