On Thursday, August 24, the Gamble Garden Membership Committee hosted their August Member Event, “Art in the Garden”. One hundred members gathered to enjoy a glass of wine and wander around the garden. Ten artists had set up shop in various areas to sketch, draw, paint, and create art. On Tuesday, June 20th, the Endowment Fund Committee hosted a lovely summer evening reception to celebrate the installation of Gamble’s newest Endowment Fund Bricks and to welcome the newest members of the Elizabeth Gamble Garden ’02 Legacy Society. The Summer Garden Party was blessed with a perfect evening and an abundance of Gamble’s “most generous donors”. They came in the hundreds, 207 replied; yes, a record attendance.
