On Thursday, August 24, the Gamble Garden Membership Committee hosted their August Member Event, “Art in the Garden”. One hundred members gathered to enjoy a glass of wine and wander around the garden. Ten artists had set up shop in various areas to sketch, draw, paint, and create art. Members had the opportunity to observe the artists at work, chat with them, and try their hand at sketching. Many thanks to the Membership Committee and to participating artists: Perry Meigs, Anke Delingat, Terry Acebo, Thai Bui, Wendy Lowengrub, Maria Kazanskaya, Hedda Hope, Rebecca Bui, Gertie Mellon and Inge Infante.
