All participants in Gamble Garden’s classes and events agree to the following:

Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Gamble Garden reserves the right to cancel this class or event due to low enrollment, extreme weather, Santa Clara County health announcements, and other unforeseen events.

In the event of a cancellation, payment will be reimbursed, net of service charge if applicable.

Participants agree to follow the rules and regulations set by the Organization.

All participants hereby discharge and agree to hold harmless Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and class instructors from any and all liability, illness, loss or loss of life that may occur as a result of my(our) participation in this activity.

By registering, participants agree to be photographed, and/or filmed and give permission to use their likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials. Any photos taken will become the property of Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden, who retains the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. By registering, participant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein this likeness appears, and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
