4 pounds (8-10) apples of mixed varieties, sweet and tart
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
On this walk, we make our way through Gamble Garden to visit its 15 cultivars and nearly 40 individual apple trees. Our tour works equally well taken from your armchair at home or loaded onto your phone and accompanying you as you follow the route at Gamble Garden.
