Come and enjoy yoga in the garden with us. This class is open to all levels of practice and beginner friendly. It will combine alignment, movement, and balance in a slow flow. You can expect a challenging and fun yet relaxing class that will leave you feeling more connected to your breath and in tune with yourself.
This class will be held outdoors on the front lawn. Suitable for adults and teens. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Stephanie Le started practicing yoga 13 years ago as a way to help manage her chronic back pain. Her love of yoga quickly grew as her back pain decreased and allowed her to get deeper into her practice. She has completed her 200 hour certificate and is currently pursuing her 500 hour certificate.
