Former Gamble Garden Director, Richard Hayden, will join us to share his photos and remarks on the inspiration and implementation of the watershed garden. That garden, formally dedicated in January, 2020, replaced the lawn at the corner of Embarcadero and Waverley and demonstrates how landscaping can use water wisely.
He will be joined by Girvin Peters whose landscaping company installed the garden.
