Celebrate the season of flowers with hands-on activities, guided tours, and floral inspiration throughout the garden. This month’s program is presented in partnership with the Garden Club of Palo Alto, Palo Alto City Library, Youth Community Service (YCS), and the Master Gardeners.

Guided Garden Tours
Discover the beauty and history of Gamble Garden on a docent-led tour. Tours depart from the front of the house at 10:15, 10:45, and 11:30 AM. Grab a scavenger hunt and explore along the way!
Arrange a Bouquet for Mom
Create a small posey bouquet from freshly cut flowers—just in time for Mother’s Day. Offered in partnership with the Garden Club of Palo Alto.
Flower Science Stations
Get curious about blooms! Learn the parts of a flower and take one apart at our flower dissection table.
Storytime
Enjoy spring-themed stories in the library or outdoors. This month’s storytime is brought to you by Youth Community Service (YCS) and Palo Alto City Library.
Visit Elizabeth’s House
Step inside Elizabeth Gamble’s 1902 home and enjoy floral arrangements made with blooms from our garden. Docents will be on hand to share stories and answer questions.

Bring your plant questions to the Master Gardeners table—they’re ready to help!

All guests, please check in at the Welcome Desk upon arrival, located in the driveway of the Gamble House, near the intersection of Waverley Street and Churchill Ave.
