Garden guides are a group of trained docents who lead tours of Gamble Garden for the public and school groups. Our tours focus on the history of the garden, plant life cycle, and the role of pollinators and other animals in the garden. We use an inquiry-based method to deepen the experience for tour participants. Once trained, guides have the opportunity to lead 6-12 tours per year.
At our fun and educational orientation session, we’ll spend time in the classroom, out in the garden, and enjoy a light lunch under the oaks.
The garden guide program is a great way to learn more about Gamble Garden while sharing your love of nature with others. Sign up today to learn about becoming a garden guide!
Attendance is limited. Please register below.
