Gardening chores are physical in nature, it’s important to keep your body conditioned and ready for this spring season. A lot of gardening activities require full-body movements–squatting down to weed, bending over to pick up tools and plants, pushing wheelbarrows, and carrying items from one place to another.
This 60 minute class will be a full body workout to strengthen the muscles tailored for our gardening needs. Questions may be asked through “Chat” and Jenni will answer them as time permits after the program.

Jenni Castaldo has been a personal trainer for over 12 years and has her degree in kinesiology. She has been teaching a series of fitness programs at Avenidas in Palo Alto for 4 years.
