This class taught by Corey Andrikopoulos, Garden Director of Gamble, will focus on design principles and techniques used at Gamble for a successful garden including examples of plants used–vegetables, edible flowers, and herbs. Held in the Carriage House, the classroom lecture and show will include an informational hand out for participants as well as a take away edible plant. Concluding the class will be a walking tour of Gamble Garden showcasing some of the plants discussed and allowing ample time for class questions.

Instructor Bio

Corey Andrikopoulos is Gamble’s Garden Director. Corey grew up in Palo Alto and began his relationship with Gamble when he participated in Gamble’s Roots & Shoots program with Walter Hays Elementary. He previously served as manager of Ridgeback Farms and as a graduate research assistant with the USDA.
