We celebrate the change of seasons with a warm color palette filled with seasonal botanicals such as Mums, Zinnias, grasses, herbs, berries and more. Discover how to use branches as a natural mechanic and design element. Together we will create vibrant floral arrangements evocative of the season. Instructor Katherine Glazier will share some helpful tips so you will learn how to artfully design flowers with confidence.

Katherine Glazier is an instructor and floral arranger at Gamble Garden and she co-led the floral design program at Filoli for eight years. She holds a European Master Certification (EMC) and a Teacher’s Diploma in the Sogetsu school of Ikebana. Katherine exhibits at Bouquets to Art at the deYoung Museum and she conducts public floral demonstrations. Seasonal and locally grown material, with an emphasis on the beauty of California floriculture, is showcased in her designs.
