The main house includes 3 rooms: the dining room, the living
room, and the library. The main house can accommodate up to
50 people for assembly and up to 50 people for dining.
The
Carriage house can accommodate 50 people for assembly and
35 people for dining. The outdoor patio can accommodate 50
people for assembly and 50 people for dining.
The
Tea House is suitable for small groups.

Fees: May through October
Monday through Friday evening rentals = $100.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum between
4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday rentals = $1,200 / 8 hour block of time, between noon and 10:00 PM
November through April
$100.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum

Rose Garden and
Assistance of our Wedding / Event Coordinator. She will advise you regarding the planning of your special event.
