Thank you for your interest in Gamble Garden for your special event. Gamble Garden is truly a lovely historic location and setting
for an event.
Gamble Garden is limited to 50 or fewer guests, does not provide any rental equipment, and does not allow amplified music as we are in
a residential area.
Rental fees are dependent on the day of the week, month of the year and time of the day. Please see below for details.
The main house includes 3 rooms: the dining room, the living
room, and the library. The main house can accommodate up to
50 people for assembly and up to 50 people for dining.
The
Carriage house can accommodate 50 people for assembly and
35 people for dining. The outdoor patio can accommodate 50
people for assembly and 50 people for dining.
The
Tea House is suitable for small groups.

Fees: March through October
Monday through Friday evening rentals = $100.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum between
4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Saturday rentals = $1,200 / 8 hour block of time, between noon and 10:00 PM
November through February
$100.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum

Fees (year round):
$100.00 per hour (please include setup & breakdown times). If renter chooses to set up in more than one area,
a $50 per hour additional fee is required.
